The saline piercing spray I use is in a can spray bottle - either this or this I also occasionally make a fresh solution with piercing salt & boiling water but if I do this, I only use the water once in a glass cup. Re-piercing advice. I have previously had a nose piercing twice in the same spot. I removed it before six months each time because there was a piercing bump no amount of after piercing saline, wash, etc helped it to heal.
